    Pada tahun 1898 dua bank koperasi di Belanda yang berbeda Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen Bank di kota Utrecht dan Coöperatieve Centrale Boerenleenbank di kota Eindhoven yang beroperasi secara terpisah dalam memberikan layanan akses keuangan kepada petani. Pada tahun 1972 kedua bank bergabung dan sepakat untuk menggunakan nama Rabobank Nederland. Sejalan dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan nasabah Rabobank untuk mendapatkan layanan di luar negeri di tahun 1970-an, Rabobank International secara perlahan hadir dan kemudian membuka kantor-kantor cabang di Eropa, Amerika Utara, Asia, dan Amerika Selatan.

    Company History

    In 1898 two cooperative banks in Netherlands founded by farmers, Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen Bank in Utrecht and Coöperatieve Centrale Boerenleenbank in Eindhoven, operated separately in giving financial access to farmers. In 1972 the two entities merged and agreed to use the name of Rabobank Nederland. As the customer need for banking services outside the Netherlands grew in the 1970s, Rabobank International gradually grownand then started to open offices in Europe, North America, Asia, and South America.

    Rabobank is an international financial services provider operating on the basis of cooperative principles. It offers retail banking, wholesale banking, private banking, leasing and real estate services. Rabobank Group is comprised of Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.

    *) Efektif sejak tanggal 5 Juli 2019, Joseph F.P. Luhukay non aktif menjabat sebagai Presiden Direktur dan mengundurkan diri sebagai Presiden Direktur efektif tanggal 31 Desember 2019. Sehingga, Soemenggrie Jongkamto bertindak sebagai Pjs. Presiden Direktur sejak tanggal 5 Juli 2019.*) Effective on July 5, 2019, Joseph F.P. Luhukay was effectively non-active as President Director and resigned as President Director effectively on December 31, 2019. Therefore, Soemenggrie Jongkamto served as Act. President Director since July 5, 2019.

    Rabobank Indonesia

    PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia (“Rabobank Indonesia”, “Perseroan”, “Perusahaan”, “Bank”, “kami”) mulai beroperasi pada tahun 1990 dengan memberikan layanan perbankan korporasi. Rabobank Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan Rabobank Group yang berpusat di Utrecht, Belanda. Sebagai anak perusahaan Rabobank Group, Rabobank Indonesia memiliki pengetahuan yang baik di bidang pangan dan agribisnis dan karena itu nasabah yang bergerak dalam sektor ini semakin bertambah.

    Pada awal tahun 2019, Rabobank Group selaku pemegang saham pengendali Bank telah memutuskan untuk berhenti beroperasi di Indonesia secara bertahap yang direncanakan sampai akhir Juni 2020. Keputusan Rabobank Group ini sejalan dengan strategi global yang terarah pada visi Banking for Food, dimana Rabobank secara global akan berkonsentrasi pada rantai-pasok Food and Agriculture (F&A). Karenanya, struktur bisnis di luar Belanda akan diutamakan pada Wholesale Banking dan tidak lagi pada Retail. Hal ini telah mengakibatkan ditutup atau dijualnya bisnis Rabobank di beberapa negara lain, seperti Polandia, Irlandia dan Amerika Utara. Dalam konteks ini, penutupan Bank sepenuhnya merupakan keputusan strategi Rabobank Group dan tidak berkaitan dengan kondisi ekonomi Indonesia yang baik, maupun kinerja industri perbankannya yang positif.

    Rabobank Indonesia

    PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia (“Rabobank Indonesia”, “the Company”, “the Bank”, “we”, “us”) commenced operations in 1990, initially providing corporate banking services. Rabobank Indonesia is a subsidiary of Rabobank Group which has its headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands. As a subsidiary of Rabobank Group, Rabobank Indonesia has a profound understanding of the food and agribusiness sector, and therefore continues to expand the client base in this sector.

    In early 2019, Rabobank Group, as the controlling shareholders of the Bank, has decided to cease operations in Indonesia in stages which is scheduled until the end of June 2020. This decision is fully in-line with Rabobank Group’s global strategy towards its vision of Banking for Food, focusing Internationally on Food and Agriculture (F&A) supply-chains. In support of this focus, the business structure outside the Netherlands will be Wholesale Banking, rather than Retail. This has resulted in the closure or sale of Rabobank operations in a few other countries, such as Poland, Ireland and North America. Within this context, the Bank’s closure is purely a Rabobank Group strategic decision and is unrelated to Indonesia’s good economic growth and positive performance of its banking industry.

    Seiring dengan proses penghentian operasional Perseroan, kami melakukan penutupan beberapa Kantor Cabang dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu secara bertahap. Per 31 Desember 2019, jumlah jaringan kantor Rabobank Indonesia berjumlah 1 (satu) Kantor Pusat dan 6 (enam) Kantor Cabang.

    Sebagai tambahan informasi, 5 (lima) Kantor Cabang Bank yang berlokasi di Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, dan Lampung telah berhenti beroperasi pada bulan Maret 2020.

    Align with the Company’s operational shutdown process, we started to close several Branch Offices and Sub-branches in phase. As of December 31, 2019, total of Rabobank Indonesia office network is comprised of 1 (one) Head Office and 6 (six) Branch Offices.

    As an additional information, 5 (five) Branch Offices of the Bank located in Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, and Lampung had ceased operations on March 2020.

    Pada tanggal 11 Desember 2019, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) dan Rabobank Group menandatangani perjanjian jual beli bersyarat untuk BCA mengakuisisi saham mayoritas Rabobank Indonesia dari Rabobank Group, dengan persetujuan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Meski menghentikan operasional di Indonesia, Rabobank Group tetap berkomitmen terhadap sektor pangan dan agrobisnis di Indonesia dan akan terus melayani nasabah wholesale Indonesia melalui cabang-cabang Rabobank di luar negeri, serta terus mendukung sektor agrobisnis di Indonesia melalui Rabo Foundation.

    On December 11, 2019, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) and Rabobank Group signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement for BCA to acquire the majority shares of Rabobank Indonesia from Rabobank Group, subject to Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK) approval. Although ceasing operations in Indonesia, the Rabobank Group remains committed to the food and agribusiness sector in Indonesia and will continue to service its Indonesian wholesale clients through their other offices in the region, as well as to continue to support the agribusiness sectors in Indonesia through Rabo Foundation.

    Menjalankan keputusan Rabobank Group selaku pemegang saham pengendali Bank untuk berhenti beroperasi di Indonesia secara bertahap sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan selama proses penghentian operasional tersebut, Bank memastikan bahwa proses transisi tersebut dilakukan secara hormat, adil dan sebaik-baiknya dengan fokus utama kepada para nasabah dan karyawan Bank.

    Carrying out the decision of Rabobank Group as the controlling shareholder of the Bank to cease operations in Indonesia in stages in accordance to prevailing rules and regulations and throughout the cease process of operations, Bank ensures that the transition process is respectfully, fairly and well executed with main focus on the Bank’s customers and employees.

    23 Januari Partisipasi Rabobank Indonesia dalam Aquaculture Innovation ChallengeRabobank Indonesia, diwakili oleh Tim Komersial Bank dan Rabo Foundation, berpartisipasi dalam acara pembukaan Aquaculture Innovation Challenge 2019 di Double Tree Hotel Jakarta. Acara ini menghadirkan perusahaan-perusahaan start-up, organisasi riset terkemuka, dan juga perwakilan pemerintah. Aquaculture Innovation Challenge berlangsung dari Maret hingga Juli 2019 dan Rabo Foundation menjadi bagian dari tim juri.

Prima Network is a switching and communication services provider company in Indonesia for ATM networks, EDC, internet banking, and mobile banking. The award was given by Marketing Director of Prima Network, Suryono Hidayat, to Vice President Director of Rabobank Indonesia, Soemenggrie Jongkamto at the Bank’s Head Office.

    May 18 Branch Operation Head (BOH) Workshop Phase ITo prepare for the smoothness in the Bank’s branch closure process, the BOH Workshop Phase I was held at All Seasons Hotel Jakarta, with the objective of preparing, equipping, and training the BOH with important points that must be done before, on, and after the branch closure processes.

    March 6 International Women’s Day - Health Talk: “Balanced Nutrients”As a part of Rabobank Diversity Program and to celebrate International Women’s Day, the Bank held a Health Talk: “Balanced Nutrients” at the head office with Dr. Francesca Kwan, Sp.GK, a nutritionist from MRCCC Siloam Hospital as a speaker and participated by the Bank’s women employees.

    Kepada Para Pemegang Saham dan Pemangku Kepentingan yang Terhormat,

    Atas nama Dewan Komisaris, kami sampaikan bahwa pada tahun 2019, terdapat perubahan arah strategi Bank di Indonesia sejalan dengan strategi global Rabobank Group selaku pemegang saham pengendali Bank yang terarah pada visi Banking for Food, dimana Rabobank secara global akan berkonsentrasi pada rantai-pasok Food and Agriculture (F&A). Sehingga, struktur bisnis yang berada di luar Belanda akan lebih berfokus pada Wholesale Banking dan tidak lagi pada Retail Banking. Untuk itu, setelah melalui pertimbangan yang matang, Rabobank Group memutuskan untuk menutup Rabobank Indonesia secara bertahap dan mengembalikan izin perbankan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

    Dewan Komisaris dalam hal ini menjalankan fungsi pengawasannya atas keseluruhan proses penutupan dan penghentian operasional Bank yang dilakukan Direksi. Sepanjang tahun 2019, fokus utama kami adalah berkerjasama secara aktif dengan Regulator terkait keputusan tersebut, dan mulai menjalankan langkah-langkah yang diperlukan berdasarkan arahan dan supervisi dari otoritas. Komitmen kami adalah untuk memastikan keseluruhan proses transisi ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar dengan memberikan dukungan penuh bagi seluruh pihak terkait selama proses ini berjalan, dengan senantiasa patuh pada peraturan yang berlaku.

    Dewan Komisaris menilai Direksi telah melakukan langkah-langkah penutupan dan penghentian operasional Bank secara bertahap sesuai dengan yang ditargetkan di tahun 2019. Selama proses berlangsung, Dewan Komisaris juga dibantu oleh beberapa komite di bawahnya antara lain Komite Audit, Komite Pemantau Risiko dan Kepatuhan, Komite Remunerasi dan Nominasi, serta Komite Good Corporate Governance yang turut memberikan masukan dan rekomendasi untuk memastikan keseluruhan proses berjalan dengan lancar.

    Dear Honored Shareholders and Stakeholders,

    On behalf of the Board of Commissioners, we share with you that in 2019, there was a change on the Bank’s strategy in Indonesia that was fully in line with Rabobank Group’s global strategy as the Bank’s controlling shareholder towards its vision of Banking for Food, which focusing internationally on Food and Agriculture (F&A) supply-chain. In support of this focus, the business structure outside the Netherlands will be Wholesale Banking, rather than Retail Banking. Therefore, after due consideration, Rabobank group has decided to close down Rabobank Indonesia in phase and return the banking license to Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK).

    The Board of Commissioners performed its supervisory tasks on the overall process of the Bank’s operations winding down and cease process taken by the Board of Directors. Throughout 2019, our main focus was to actively liaising with the Regulators with regard to this decision, and started taking the necessary steps based on the direction and supervision by the authorities. Our commitment is to ensure that the transition process runs well and smoothly by providing our full support to all stakeholders throughout the process while ensuring compliance with existing regulations.

    The Board of Commissioners assessed that the Board of Directors had taken the Bank’s operations closure and cease process in phase based on the target set in 2019. Throughout the process, the Board of Commissioners was also assisted by committees under its supervision including Audit Committee, Risk Monitoring and Compliance Committee, Remuneration and Nomination Committee, and Good Corporate Governance Committee who also provided input and recommendations to ensure the overall process runs well.

    Sebagai hasil dari proses penutupan yang terus berlanjut, hingga akhir tahun 2019, Bank memiliki 6 (enam) kantor cabang dari 33 (tiga puluh tiga) kantor cabang pada awal tahun 2019. Portofolio dan aset-aset yang dimiliki Bank juga terbilang sudah lebih ramping, dan tetap pada rencana untuk dapat menghentikan seluruh operasional Bank pada Juni 2020. Situasi ini menarik sejumlah pihak yang kemudian berdiskusi dengan para pemegang saham, dan setelah melalui pembicaraan yang intensif, Rabobank Group percaya bahwa menjual sahamnya adalah langkah yang sejalan dan komplementer dengan proses penutupan Bank. Pada tanggal 11 Desember 2019, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) dan Rabobank Group menandatangani perjanjian jual beli bersyarat untuk BCA mengakuisisi saham mayoritas Rabobank Indonesia dari Rabobank Group, dengan persetujuan OJK. Sebagai salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia, BCA memiliki rekam jejak yang baik dengan nilai-nilai integritas dan fokus Nasabah yang serupa dengan Rabobank. Dalam hal ini, proses penghentian operasional Bank akan tetap berjalan sebagaimana yang telah direncanakan dan Bank selaku bagian dari Rabobank Group berkomitmen untuk menjalankan segala keputusan, arahan, dan strategi bisnis dari seluruh pemegang saham ke depannya.

    As a result of the continued winding down process, until the end of 2019, the Bank has 6 (six) branch offices from 33 (thirty-three) branch offices in early 2019. The Bank also has a considerably leaner portfolio and assets, and remains on track to reach the foal to cease operations by June 2020. These circumstances attracted a number of interested parties who then held discussions with our controlling shareholders, and after intense discussions and deliberation considering the interest of all stakeholders, the Rabobank Group believes that selling its shares is complementary to the winding down process of the Bank. On December 11, 2019, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) and Rabobank Group signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement for BCA to acquire the majority shares of Rabobank Indonesia from Rabobank Group, subject to OJK approval. As one of the largest banks in Indonesia, BCA brings a strong track record with similar values of integrity and customer focus as Rabobank. Due to this matter, the Bank’s cease operations process will stick to the plan and the Bank as part of Rabobank Group is committed to comply with the decisions, directions and business strategies of the shareholders in the future.

    Kepada Para Pemegang Saham dan Pemangku Kepentingan yang Terhormat,

    Atas nama Direksi, kami menyampaikan bahwa tahun 2019 merupakan tahun yang berat bagi Bank sebagaimana keputusan yang telah diambil oleh Rabobank Group selaku pemegang saham pengendali Bank untuk menghentikan aktivitas dan menutup operasional Bank di Indonesia hingga pertengahan 2020. Keputusan tersebut merupakan imbas dari perubahan strategi global Rabobank Group yang juga berdampak langsung pada seluruh kantor Rabobank di dunia. Rabobank Group ingin memfokuskan bisnisnya pada rantai-pasok Food and Agriculture (F&A) khususnya Wholesale Banking menuju pencapaian visi Banking for Food. Beberapa kantor Rabobank yang sudah atau sedang dalam proses penutupan antara lain adalah Rabobank di Irlandia, Polandia, dan Amerika Utara.

    Proses penutupan dan penghentian operasi Bank dilakukan secara bertahap hingga Juni 2020 dan mengacu pada arahan dari regulator dan otoritas serta peraturan yang berlaku. Kami juga terus melakukan koordinasi internal melalui beberapa Workstream dan lokakarya Branch Operation Head (BOH) dengan tujuan mempersiapkan, melengkapi, dan melatih BOH terkait proses penutupan cabang dan memastikan keseluruhan proses transisi berjalan lancar dengan selalu memperhatikan kepentingan para nasabah.

    Di sepanjang tahun 2019, Bank telah melakukan penutupan kantor cabang dalam 3 (tiga) fase yakni fase 1A dimana terdapat 10 (sepuluh) Kantor Cabang/Cabang Pembantu Bank yang efektif telah ditutup pada tanggal 29 Juli 2019, fase 1B dimana terdapat 10 (sepuluh) Kantor Cabang/Cabang Pembantu Bank yang efektif telah ditutup pada tanggal 9 September 2019, dan fase 2A dimana terdapat 1 (satu) Kantor Cabang yang efektif telah ditutup pada tanggal 19 November 2019 dan 6 (enam) Kantor Cabang/Cabang Pembantu Bank yang efektif telah ditutup pada tanggal 27 November 2019. Sehingga total dari 33 Kantor Cabang/Cabang Pembantu yang dimiliki Bank pada awal 2019, terdapat 6 (enam) Kantor Cabang yang masih beroperasional dalam proses penutupan.

    Dear Honored Shareholders and Stakeholders,

    On behalf of the Board of Directors, we share with you that 2019 was a tough year for the Bank as the decision made by Rabobank Group as the Bank’s controlling shareholder to cease the activities and winding down the Bank’s operations in Indonesia until the mid of 2020. Such decision was a result of Rabobank Groups’ global strategy change that also directly impacted to all Rabobank offices in the world. Rabobank Group aimed to focus its business on Food and Agriculture (F&A) supply chain especially Wholesale Banking to achieve its vision of Banking for Food. Some Rabobank offices that had been or in cease process were Rabobank in Ireland, Poland, and North America.

    The winding down and cease operation process of the Bank was taken in phase until June 2020 and complies to the guidance from regulators and authorities as well as prevailing regulations. We also continuously conducting internal coordination through Workstreams and Branch Operation Head (BOH) workshop to prepare, complete and train related BOH concerning the cease process of the branch offices as well as ensuring the overall transition process runs well by taking into account the interest of customers.

    Throughout 2019, Bank has closed its branch offices into 3 (three) phases consisting phase 1A which there were 10 (ten) Branch/Sub-Branch Offices that were effectively closed on July 29, 2019, phase 1B which there were 10 (ten) Branch/Sub-Branch Offices that were effectively closed on September 9, 2019, and phase 2A which there were 1 (one) Branch Office that was effectively closed on November 19, 2019 and 6 (six) Branch/Sub-Branch Offices that were effectively closed on November 27, 2019. Therefore out of 33 Branch/Sub-Branch Offices owned by the Bank on early 2019, there are 6 (six) Branch Offices that remained on operational and on its closing process.

    Proses pelepasan karyawan juga dilakukan secara bertahap yakni fase 1 sebanyak 20 karyawan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2019, fase 2 sebanyak 94 karyawan pada tanggal 30 September 2019, dan fase 3 sebanyak 166 karyawan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019. Sehingga total pelepasan karyawan di tahun 2019 berjumlah 280 karyawan.

    Dari aspek perampingan indikator keuangan, pada tahun 2019 Bank mencatatkan jumlah aset yang telah turun sebanyak 83,28% dari Rp13,82 triliun di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp2,31 triliun.

    Secara keseluruhan, dapat kami sampaikan bahwa proses penutupan dan penghentian operasional Bank sudah berjalan sebagaimana yang telah ditargetkan. Menjelang akhir tahun 2019, proses penutupan dan manajemen risiko yang tertata dengan baik dari Rabobank Indonesia telah menarik perhatian sejumlah pihak yang kemudian berdiskusi dengan Rabobank Group selaku pemegang saham pengendali. Melalui berbagai diskusi, telah dicapai kesepakatan dengan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”), yang, dengan tunduk pada persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), akan menjadi pemegang saham pengendali baru pada tahun 2020.

    Sudah bertahun-tahun Rabobank Indonesia telah bertumbuh dan berkembang bersama para Nasabah, mitra, dan seluruh karyawan. Kini kita telah mendekati akhir dari bagian ini dan garis akhir sudah semakin terlihat. Tugas untuk menghentikan aktivitas bank ini ada pada kita. Mandat ini adalah tugas terakhir yang harus diselesaikan sebaik-baiknya dan setuntasnya dan menjadi tanggung jawab kita bersama, demi menjaga nama dan sejarah pencapaian yang kita buat bersama di Indonesia.

    The employees releasing process was also taken in phases comprising of phase 1 with 20 employees released on June 30, 2019, phase 2 with 94 employees released on September 30, 2019, and phase 3 with 166 employees released on December 31, 2019. Therefore in total there were 280 employees released in 2019.

    From leaning financial indicator aspect, Bank recorded total assets that decreased by 83.28% from Rp13.82 trillion in 2018 to Rp2.31 trillion in 2019.

    In general, we report to you that the Bank’s winding down and cease process had been running well and on the track as its target. Welcoming the end of 2019, the well-planned cease process and risk management from Rabobank Indonesia has attracted attention from several parties that further discussed with Rabobank Group as the controlling shareholder. After several discussions, an agreement has been made with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”), that complies with the approval from Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK), will become the new controlling shareholder of the Bank in 2020.

    For many of years Rabobank Indonesia had been growing together with our valued customers, partners, and all its employees. We are now nearing the end of this chapter with the finish line in sight. The duties to cease the activities of this bank are on us. This mandate is the last duties that must be completed well and become our responsibilities, for the sake of our presence, track records and achievements that had been made together in Indonesia.

    Jan Alexander Pruijs (Sander Pruijs) menjadi Presiden Komisaris Rabobank Indonesia sejak Agustus 2014. Saat ini ia adalah Global Head of Rural & Retail Banking dari Rabobank yang juga bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas perbankan di Australia, Selandia Baru, Chile, Brazil, Irlandia, Amerika Utara, dan Indonesia.

    Beliau memiliki lebih dari 30 tahun pengalaman sebagai bankir. Beliau memulai karier perbankannya pada tahun 1984 di ABN Amro Bank, Belanda, dan kemudian menempati berbagai posisi senior dalam bidang nasabah global, perbankan korporasi dan investasi, manajemen risiko dan financial markets. Ia mulai berkarya di Rabobank tahun 2008 sebagai anggota Managing Board dari Rabobank International yang bertanggung jawab atas Asia, Australia, Selandia Baru, dan kemudian Polandia.

    Hendrik Adams (Henk Adams) adalah Komisaris Independen dari Rabobank Indonesia. Sebelumnya ia bekerja 50 tahun di Rabobank Group dan menempati berbagai posisi di Belanda dan di luar Belanda. Ia memulai kariernya di salah satu bank anggota Rabobank di Belanda dengan posisi terakhir sebagai General Manager.

    Beliau kemudian bekerja untuk Rabobank International di berbagai benua. Antara lain, ia merintis dan mengelola kehadiran Rabobank di Indonesia tahun 1986-1992 dan kemudian bertugas di Hong Kong, Polandia, Turki sebagai Country Manager yang bertanggung jawab untuk merintis dan mengelola kehadiran Rabobank di negara-negara tersebut.

    Pada tahun 2002, beliau ditugaskan ke New York sebagai Managing Director Corporate Development untuk Amerika Utara, di mana ia mengawasi dimulainya aktivitas perbankan ritel Rabobank di kawasan tersebut.     In 2002, he moved to New York as the Managing Director Corporate Development for North America, to oversee the start-up of Rabobank’s retail banking activities in the region. He holds, among others, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration (SPD I+II) and a certificate from NIBE (Dutch Institute for Banking and Securities).

    Widiyarto Sumitro diangkat sebagai Komisaris Rabobank Indonesia pada bulan Januari 2010 dan menjadi Komisaris Independen sejak Mei 2013. Beliau memperoleh gelar MBA dari Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI).

    Widiyarto memulai kariernya sebagai Ajun Akuntan pada Kantor Akuntan Negara Cirebon, Direktorat Jendral Pengawasan Keuangan Negara, Departemen Keuangan. Ia kemudian menempati berbagai posisi di bidang keuangan dan perbankan, antara lain, Kepala Divisi di Bank Duta, Managing Director di DIFC Hong Kong, dan Direktur Operasi pada PT Rabo Finance Indonesia. Pada tahun 2001 ia mulai berkarier di Rabobank Indonesia menjabat sebagai SVP Head of Operations dan kemudian tahun 2005 menjadi Direktur Operasi hingga tahun 2008.

    Saat ini ia juga aktif sebagai dosen di program MM/MBA Eksekutif, Reguler, dan Investment Banking di Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI) dan program MM Eksekutif di Binus Business School.

    Widiyarto Suwarto Sumitro was appointed as Rabobank Indonesia Commissioner in January 2010, and became an Independent Commissioner in May 2013. He holds an MBA from Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia.

    Widiyarto started his career in Cirebon as an Adjunct Accountant at the State Accountant Office, Directorate General of Financial Supervision, Ministry of Finance. He later held a number of positions in finance and banking, which include Division Head at Bank Duta, Managing Director at DIFC Hong Kong, and Director of Operations at PT Rabo Finance Indonesia. In 2001 he joined Rabobank Indonesia as SVP Head of Operations and held the position of Director of Operations from 2005 to 2008.

    Currently he is also a lecturer at the Executive, Regular, and Investment Banking MM/MBA programs at IPMI (Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia) as well as the MM Executive program of Binus Business School.

    Mia Patria joined Rabobank Indonesia as Deputy Director of Human Resources in July 2016 before being appointed Director of Human Resources in December 2016. As the new Compliance Director of Rabobank Indonesia awaits confirmation of approval from Financial Service Authority (OJK) and shareholders through the General Meeting of Shareholders, Mia Patria served as interim Compliance Director.

    Serving for more than 30 years, she has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry.     Heri Haryadi bergabung dengan Rabobank Indonesia sebagai calon Direktur Kepatuhan pada tanggal 1 April 2017 dan diangkat sebagai Direktur Kepatuhan pada tanggal 21 Juni 2017.

    Beliau memulai karir perbankannya di Deutsche Bank Cabang Jakarta sebagai auditor internal pada tahun 1990. Ia kemudian meneruskan karir perbankannya di PT Bank Credit Agricole Indonesia dan PT Bank BNP Paribas Indonesia di mana ia menjadi Financial Controller.     Maximiliaan Blom bergabung dengan Rabobank Indonesia dan diangkat menjadi sebagai Direktur Manajemen Risiko pada tanggal 27 April 2018.

    Awal karir beliau di perbankan dimulai pada tahun 1982 di ABN AMRO Bank, Amsterdam, Belanda dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Senior Credit Officer untuk jaringan internasional ABN AMRO. Kemudian sejak tahun 1996, beliau melanjutkan karir di Rabobank Group secara internasional dengan jabatan-jabatan penting sebagai pimpinan di International Credit, Special Asset Management.     Tahun 2019 masih menjadi tahun yang cukup berat bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Hal tersebut didorong oleh gejolak ekonomi global yang menghambat laju investasi. Pertumbuhan investasi tercatat terus melemah pada kuartal III tahun 2019 yang hanya tumbuh 4,21% dibandingkan dengan kuartal III tahun 2018 yang tercatat sebesar 6,96%. Hal tersebut terjadi akibat adanya penurunan yang signifikan pada harga komoditas serta adanya ketidakpastian politik pasca penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) Presiden.
