I Wanna GetHome SafelyAdira Insurance pays a lot of attention to and takes active part in improving the public understanding on safety riding on public roads, while encouraging all elements of the society to be aware of the importance of implementing road safety governance system where they live. To that end, since 2010, the Company has been running a road safety campaign titled “I Wanna Get Home Safely” (IWGHS), and since 2013, it has been organizing the “Indonesia Road Safety Award” (IRSA), which gives awards for Governments of Municipalities and Regencies across Indonesia.

IRSA has been conducted in collaboration and synergy with the five pillars of road safety in line with the National Safety Plan (RUNK) on Roads, which among others involves the Ministry of National Devel-opment Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Bappe-nas), Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Ministry of Transporta-tion, Traffic Corps, and the Ministry of Health. The five pillars of road safety are used as a reference in the scoring of IRSA, and they are: Safer Management, Safer Roads, Safer Vehicles, Safer Users, as well as Pre- and Post-Crash Response.

Since 2014 IWGHS has been further complemented with another award, the “Safety Campaign Award” (SCA) for motorbike riders’ communities. Adira Insurance highly appreciates the bikers or motor-ists communities, who are actively involved in campaigning on road safety issues, by organizing the Safety Campaign Award (SCA). These bikers have contributed to raising the issues of road safety by becoming role models for other communities and the public at large, through their road safety campaigns.
