KLASIFIKASI FRAKTUR VERTEBRA THORAX

Fraktur Kompresi Type IA (Stable)

Fraktur ini terjadi pada < 50% dari kasus fraktur kompresi corpus vertebra, angulasi < 30o , dan tidak berhubungan dengan riwayat laminektomi pada tingkatan vertebra yang sama.

TYPE I : FRAKTUR KOMPRESI WEDGE

Fraktur ini terjadi pada > 50% dari kasus fraktur kompresi corpus vertebra, angulasi > 30o , dan tidak berhubungan dengan riwayat laminektomi pada tingkatan vertebra yang sama.

Fraktur Kompresi tipe IB ( unstable)

TYPE II : Fraktur Dislokasi

-20% cedera vertebra

- >50% fr vertebra torakalis

- displaced 1 korpus vertebra mempengaruhi vertebra2 lain kerusakan seluruh 3 kolumna vertebralis

- unstable

TYPE III : FRAKTUR BURST

- 17% Fr Vertebra

- Kerusakan korpus vertebra anterior dan kolumna medialis karena kompresi aksial

- Radiologi : tinggi vertebra posterior hilang karena retropulsi tulang pd kanalis spinalis dan melebarnya jarak interpedikularis

- Melibatkan 2 kolumna vertebralis tdk stabil

TYPE IV : DISLOKASI BURST-Fr yg jarang terjadi

- kombinasi kompresi aksial dan translasi vertebra postero-anterior geser anterolisthesis vertebra superior yg berhubungan dgn vertebra inferior pd fr burst

- kontras fr dislokasi, spinal cord terjepit diantara elemen vertebra superior displaced anterior dan vertebra inferior yg terfiksir

- hubungan korpus vertebra inferior dan kerusakan elemen posterior yg luas dekompresi kanalis spinalis & kurangnya cedera saraf

Stable fracture : bed rest : Orthosis (TLSO)

Unstable (or with neurologic symptoms/compressed canal)

:Spinal canal decompression

:Spinal fusion
