► Ukuran gigi susu lebih kecil d. gigi permanen► Garis servikal pd gigi susu jelas, pada gigi permanen kurang

 jelas► Ukuran M-D mahkota pd gigi susu lebih besar dari cervico

occlusal► Facies buccal & lingual gigi susu lebih datar dari gigi permanen► Facies buccal & lingual gigi molar susu sangat konvergen ke

arah occlusal►Warna gigi susu lebih putih dari gigi permanen► Akar2 gigi molar susu relatif lebih ramping, panjang &

divergen dibandingkan akar2 gigi permanen► Enamel gigi susu lebih tipis dari enamel gigi tetap & beralkhir

sangat jelas► Dentin yang melindungi pulpa pada gigi susu lebih tipis (pd

fossa oclusalis agak tebal► Tanduk pulpa pada gigi susu lebih tinggi letaknya dibandingkan

tanduk pulpa gigi permanent► Akar2 gigi susu mengalami resorpsi

- Gigi ini merupakan perpaduan antara gigi molar & premolarpermanent.- Tidak menyerupai gigi yg lain, susu maupun permanent- Bucco palatinal > dari Mesio distal

Aspek Occlusal

Ada 2 tipe mahkota :Bertonjol 4 & bertonjol 3

Bertonjol 4 :- 2 di buccal, 2 tonjol di palatal- Sering terdpt tonjol kecil di mesio palatal- Tonjol terbesar & tajam adalah mesio palatal cusp- Tonjol terkecil & bulat adalah distopalatal cusp- Terdpt fossa mesial, central & distal

- Biasanya terdapat pit.

Bertonjol 3 :- 2 tonjol di buccal dan 1 di palatal- Terdapat fossa pada mesial, central & distal- Biasanya terdapat pit.

► Sedikit conveks► Dilihat dari palatal, tonjol mesio palatinal

paling tinggi & tajam.

Distal Aspek

► Crown pd distal lebih sempit dibanding mesial

Radix

► 3 akar, 2 di buccal & 1 di palatinal, kanal pulpa 3► ke tiga akar ramping & divergen► Akar palatinal terpanjang & bagian apeks membelok

ke arah buccal► Akar terpendek, akar disto buccal, lurus

GIGI MOLAR KEDUA SUSU RA

► Evidence of calcification 6 month i.u► Enamel completed 10 – 12 months► Eruption 20 – 30 months

► Root completed 3 yearsGigi ini menyerupai molar pertama atas permanent, tetapi lebihkecil.

Aspek Occlusal

► Ada 4 tonjol, 2 buccal & 2 palatal

► Facies occlusal berbentuk belah ketupat (rhomboidal)► Kadang-kadang mempunyai 5 tonjol► Tonjol terbesar : Mesiopalatinal cusp► Tonjol terkecil disto palatinal cusp► Pd facies occlusal ada 3 pit : central, mesial, distal.

Konveks & makin ke occlusal makin datar

Aspek Lingual

Tonjol tambahan di mesiopalatal (bukan Tuberculum Carabelli).

Radix

- Radix 3, 2 di buccal & 1 di palatal, pulpa kanal 3- Akar palatal terpanjang, akar disto buccal terpendek- Akar tumbuh divergen

GIGI MOLAR PERTAMA SUSU RB

► Evidence of Calcification 5 months i.u► Crown completed 6 months► Eruption 12 – 16 months► Root Completed 2½ - 3 years

Aspek Occlusal

► Rhomboidal/belah ketupat/jajar genjang► Ada 4 tonjol

► Tonjol terbesar mesiolingual cusp► Tonjol terkecil distolingual cusp► Urutan besar tonjol : Mesiolingual cusp, mesiobuccal, disto

buccal, distolingual. Facies buccal cembung, makin ke occlusal
