• Report any abnormalities inside the plant to supervisor and take immediate actions if some problems appear

• Handling work permits such as Hot Work Permit, Cold Work Permit, Confined Space Work Permit, Electric Isolation Work Permit

• Shutdown the plant normally (empty out & flushing process line) for maintenance activity which held 2x per year

• Check the solvent composition of competitor coating thinner by using Gas Chromatograph if requested by Product Development Department

• Testing and take trial for new coming lab equipments before distributed for laboratory usage, if any equipment defect found during test then we need to return to the supplier and request for replacement by a new one

• Scheduling and doing intermediate test (pre-calibration) for all laboratory equipments used in Propan Raya Group

• Controlling and distributing all laboratory equipments for all Propan Raya Group & Branches

• Doing assessment test for all products stored in warehouse which are almost expired, if the products are still in good condition so we will extend the expired date, but if any quality defect found we need to confirm with Product Development Department for disposition to recycle it
