Rasa tidak kalah dengan resto franchise yang top di Asia :) ABALONE AND SCALLOP FRIED RICE Untuk 3 porsi Resep: 5 sdm minyak goreng 3 siung bawang putih cincang 2 siung bawang merah 120 gr ayam potong kecil 35 gr saus barbeque/ char siu 2 telur ayam Satu mangkuk medium nasi putih 1 sdt lada 1/8 sdt kaldu ayam, optional, sy tdk pakai 2 sdm saus abalone scallop 4 jamur hioko/shitake, rendam, iris 3/4 mangkok kecil vegetables (jagung, wortel, kacang polong, buncis) Satu tomat untuk garnish. Cara: 1. Rendam jamur, tiriskan. Iris. Sisihkan. 2. Marinade ayam dan saus char siu/barbeque. Sisihkan. 3. Tuang minyak ke kuali panas, masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, masukkan marinade (2). Sisihkan. 4. Ambil minyak hasil masak ayam char siu (3), masukkan telur, aduk, nasi, lada, saus abalone scallop. Aduk. Masukkan jamur, vegetables. Aduk lagi. 5. Masukkan ayam char siu (3). Aduk. Nasi goreng ini Nasi Goreng Taiwan dengan

campuran char siu ayam dan jamur hioko,

dan tentu saja saus abalon dan scallop.

Recommended deh. Rasa tidak kalahdengan resto franchise yang top di Asia:)

ABALONE AND SCALLOP FRIED RICE

Untuk 3 porsi

Resep:5 sdm minyak goreng3 siung bawang putih cincang2 siung bawang merah120 gr ayam potong kecil35 gr saus barbeque/ char siu2 telur ayamSatu mangkuk medium nasi putih1 sdt lada1/8 sdt kaldu ayam, optional, sy tdk pakai2 sdm saus abalone scallop4 jamur hioko/shitake, rendam, iris3/4 mangkok kecil vegetables (jagung, wortel, kacang polong, buncis)Satu tomat untuk garnish.
