    Puji dan syukur penulis panjatkan kehadapan Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa

    penulis dapat menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “Aplikasi Gamelan Bali

    Gong Kebyar Platform iOS”. Laporan ini disusun sebagai syarat untuk

    memenuhi sebagian persyaratan menyelesaikan Program Sarjana S-1 pada Jurusan

    ABSTRAK

    Seni Budaya Bali memiliki banyak jenis seni yang harus dilestarikan salah

    satu caranya yaitu membuat media pembelajaran mengenai Seni Budaya Bali,

    dengan menggunakan smartphone sebagai media utama yang sudah melekat di

    masyarakat. Faktanya aplikasi mobile saat ini sudah berkembang pesat dan menjadi

    hal yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat luas dari segi efektifitas dan kemudahan

    dalam penggunaannya. Aplikasi mobile juga lebih diminati oleh masyarakat

    sebagai media pembelajaran karena tampilannya yang lebih menarik. Seni Budaya

    Bali yang sangat terkenal salah satunya yaitu gamelan. Tidak banyak yang

    mengerti cara memainkan alat gamelan tersebut dan banyak yang ingin

    mempelajari tentang Seni Gamelan Bali tetapi memiliki keterbatasan waktu dan

    dana untuk memainkan Gamelan Bali secara langsung. Aplikasi Gamelan Bali

    dirancang menggunakan Xcode untuk platform iOS. Digunakannya fitur

    multitouch pada iOS juga sangat mendukung proses aplikasi ini menjadi sarana

    pembelajaran Gamelan Bali. Aplikasi Gamelan Bali Berbasis iOS diharapkan

    dapat mempermudah dalam mempelajari Gamelan Bali. Hasil dari Aplikasi

    Gamelan Bali berbasis iOS berupa suara rekaman dengan kualitas tinggi yang

    nantinya dapat diputar kembali melalui komputer atau device yang digunakan oleh

    pengguna.

    ABSTRACT

    The Art of Balinese Culture has many kinds of art that should be conserved,

    one way to conserving the Art of Balinese Culture is creating a mobile based

    applications as a media for learning about Balinese Art. In fact the mobile

    applications are now growing rapidly and become very attractive to the public in

    terms of effectiveness and ease of use. Mobile applications more attractive to people

    as a media for learning because mobile applications is looked more eye catching.

    One of the Balinese Culture that famous is Balinese Gamelan, but not all people

    know how to play the gamelan instruments and there is a lot of people who wanted

    to trying Balinese Gamelan live using the real instrument but they have a limited

    time and money to trying Balinese Gamelan. This Balinese Gamelan Applications

    is designed using Xcode for iOS platform. Using multitouch feature in iOS also

    very helpful to make this applications become a media for learning Balinese

    Gamelan. This applications is expected to facilitate people in learning about

    Balinese Gamelan. Balinese Gamelan Applications for iOS Platform can produce a

    high quality sound recording which later can be played through computer or device

    that is used by user.
