Drilling and Evaluation includes Landmark, Sperry Drilling, Testing and Subsea, Drill Bits and Services, Baroid and Wireline and Perforating.Completion and Production includes Cementing, Completion Tools, Production Enhancement and Boots & Coots Well Intervention.C&PM sits outside the divisions since the C&PM offerings cross all traditional PSL offerings. Within C&PM are 4 sub-PSLs. Oil & Gas Assets are a vehicle where we use our investment in oil and gas assets to generate work for our PSLs. It is the highest level of alignment with our customer and is true skin in the game. Consulting offers G&G resources to the industry and are involved in the front end planning of many projects giving Halliburton some unique insight into the challenges. We have recently split Integrated Project Management and Integrated Services due to the rapid growth in both sub-PSLs. Integrated Services are effectively the bundling of 4 or more PSLs with a Project Coordination function. Integrated Project Management is responsible for projects where we have the responsibility for design and execution of the entire project. There is additional risk and responsibility with such projects and often include the provision of many third party services, including drilling or workover rigs.Integration of the services and business lines is a function of C&PM on the projects.
