    ABSTRAK

    Pemilihan karyawan terbaik sangatlah bermanfaat bagi sebuah perusahaan serta bagi

    karyawan yang menerapakan sistem tersebut pada tempat kerjanya. Terdapat dampak positif

    yang dihasilkan dari sistem tersebut, dimana dapat membuat kinerja karyawan akan semakin

    disiplin dan baik serta akan berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan kedepanya. Melihat hal

    positif tersebut maka PT Gamter Jaya Cabang Jateng DIY yang merupakan perusahaan

    dibidang perminyakan menerapkan sistem tersebut. Dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik

    dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process

    (AHP) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan nilai – nilai pada setiap kriteria – kriteria

    yang meliputi Disiplin, Kinerja, Perilaku, Tanggung Jawab, Kebersihan dan Keselamatan.

    Hasil dari sistem ini adalah perangkingan daftar karyawan yang ditentukan dari nilai disetiap

    kriteria yang telah diberikan.

    Kata Kunci : Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Waterfall, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

    ABSTRACT

    The selection of the best employees is very useful for a company as well as for employees

    who apply the system to the workplace. There is a positive impact generated from the system,

    which can make employee performance will be more disciplined and good and will impact on

    the performance of the company's future. Seeing the positive thing then PT Gamter Jaya

    Branch Jateng DIY which is a company in the field of petroleum apply the system. In

    determining the best employee, a decision support system is needed with Analytic Hierarchy

    Process (AHP) method that can assist in determining the values on each criteria which

    include Discipline, Performance, Behavior, Responsibility, Hygiene and Safety. The result of

    this system is the ranking of employees determined from the value of each criterion that has

    been given.
